That's a lot of day, and not a lot of walking. Except it was a lot of walking. At least 5k. And it was stacked neatly into my busy life. Today the walking was more about everything else, and if I'm going to be able to get through 365 days of walking, that's how it's going to be some days. For quite a lot of it, I was listening to Katy Bowman read Move Your DNA and talk about walking, so I was analyzing my walking, making subtle shifts to it as I went.
It's interesting how my body is feeling different. I'm not sure what exactly is the source of the change, because I've made a bunch of changes all at once, but they seem to be good.
