As they've gotten older, it's been harder to enforce this rule, particularly as the kids have started using devices as alarm clocks. To help manage things, we've been shutting down the wifi at bedtime. It's been interesting. I've noticed that I sleep better when I'm not sleeping in wifi. I started looking into it, and there are a few studies showing a connection between sleep and electro-magnetic fields (look at scholar.google.com, searching for sleep and EMF if you are curious to find out more).
So, tonight (well, last night really, although I'm posting this as yesterday's date), after our walk, I couldn't blog. It's a small price to pay. Please forgive me.
