We chuckled at the guy playing Pokemon Go (we passed him at the 1km mark, and again at the 4km mark — he was still there). We noticed the driver who was on his cell phone (it's hard to hide this at night, as the phone lights up your face).
We talked about our day. We talked about our home, our hopes and dreams. We talked about the kids and the dogs, the garden.
Some days a walk is just a walk. Sometimes you just want to move your body, and reflect on life, with no real direction or thought or theme. Sometimes a walk is just a walk, and that can be a wonderful thing.
